This one day course is aimed at anyone involved in the preparation of Grounds Maintenance Contracts and Service Level Agreements, which aim to provide a better quality of service to the public. 

The course will demonstrate to delegates how to produce their own Continuous Improvement style of contract, by for example, understanding what is Partnering; Motivating the Public; Motivating the Contractor and Understanding what is essentially required in a contract.
