This half day workshop, held in association with the Landscape Institute, is aimed at Landscape Architects preparing for the Pathway to Chartership or seeking to brush up on contractual issues relating to landscape maintenance. It will cover the JCLI (Joint Council for Landscape Industries) maintenance contract, looking at the contractual duties of all parties and the administration of the contract, including:

Inspection
Progress
Quality
Instructions and variations
Payments
Termination
Claims and Disputes
Insurance
Novation

The workshop will be led by Colin Moore, Chartered Landscape Architect.Colin is a recognised expert in landscape construction and maintenance contracts and has coordinated revisions to the JCLI Contracts since 1993.
