WWT Consulting, the consultancy arm of the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, requires an Assistant Consultant or Consultant to provide specialist support in the area of computer-aided drawing and design (CAD).

The main duties of the post are to provide WWT Consulting with specialist expertise in CAD and support the production of technical landscape design drawings, illustrative plans and data entry and analysis. A good working knowledge of VectorWorks and/or AutoCAD is essential along with the ability to provide vital support across a wide range of wetland-related consultancy projects.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or the equivalent in a discipline relevant to a specialist wetland consultancy, the ability to travel is essential as the role will involve travelling within the UK. It is also important that you have a demonstrable knowledge of wetland ecosystems. A working knowledge of ArcView and ArcInfo would be an advantage.

Candidates will be expected to produce a portfolio of their work for inspection at interview.
