You will find this on the address label when you receive your journal or on your latest renewal notice. If you cannot find it please email us.

Shipping - your subscription will start with the next available issue upon receipt of payment. UK subscriptions are posted second class equivalent, overseas are posted airmail. Claims for missing issues must be made within 3 months of the issue date.

Refunds - we will refund the full cost of all outstanding issues on receipt of a request to cancel.
